No, but having an account makes it easier to track your prescription history and reuse approved prescriptions.
Yes (especially if you have an account). Deleting is permanent.
You’ll typically be told the reason. You can:
- Upload a clearer/valid copy, or
- Start a chat with the pharmacist for clarification
A reusable prescription is a prescription you can use again without uploading from scratch, for a limited approved validity period.
No. A pharmacist reviews and either:
- Approves (with a validity period), or
- Approves with an adjusted period, or
Rejects (with a reason)
Up to 12 months (subject to pharmacist review).
Yes. If your reusable prescription is close to expiring, you may be able to request an extension. A pharmacist will review it.
Yes you can.
You can track using your Prescription Code and the email used during submission (via the tracking option on the My Prescriptions page).
Refill notifications only remind you when your next refill is due. You do not pay when setting them up.
Preorder refills let you schedule future refills in advance and pay now or pay a deposit, often with a discount. These refills are then prepared for pickup or delivered to you on your selected date
You may need to:
- sign in,
- submit a prescription first,
- or the product may not be enabled for refills.
Yes. Refill scheduling is tied to your account so you can track, manage, and receive email updates.
Yes, but if the product requires a prescription, you must submit an acceptable prescription before continuing.
Yes. You can choose the number of refills you want, up to the system limit.
Yes. You can set the interval in days, weeks, or months.
The discount is based on:
- how far into the future your refill commitment goes,
- and how many refills you request.
Pay in full gives the full preorder discount.
Deposit lets you secure the schedule with 20% payment now, but the remaining balance must be paid before each refill is dispensed.
No. The deposit option is presented as non-refundable if you cancel except we are unable to complete your refill.
You may receive an email telling you:
- that your refill is ready for pickup that day, or
- that delivery is expected before the end of the day, depending on the shipping method chosen.
Whichever option you choose, your refill will definitely be ready on the selected date
Yes, eligible refill plans can be cancelled on the My Refills page.
For eligible preorder refills, refund options may be shown before cancellation. Wallet refunds are more favorable, while bank refunds may have a 10% fee. Please note that refunds are only available for refills paid for in full, deposits paid for refills will not be refunded (except we cannot fulfill your order) but shipping fees paid will be refunded.
You can choose to switch to refill notifications during cancellation.
Yes, completed or expired refills can be renewed or restarted on the My Refills page.
Yes. Use the My Refills page to track, manage, and review your refill history.
Refill shipping is charged based on the number of scheduled refill delivery dates, not just one checkout event. It is therefore separate from normal order shipping.
This depends on which delivery option you select. We offer 3 delivery options to all locations in Plateau State:
- Standard delivery: With this delivery option you can expect to receive your ordered products within 24 hours from the moment the order is placed. We deliver typically in less than 6 hours and in a maximum of 24 hours depending on the location and time of purchase.
- Express delivery: This delivery option is more expensive but the benefit is that your order is shipped as soon as it is received. We stated a maximum wait time of three hours, considering road conditions, but on average you should receive your order in less than one hour, this option is only available in Jos, Plateau.
- In-store pickup (Nasara Pharmacy): With this option, your order is packed and ready to pick up anytime from Nasara Pharmacy. Nasara Pharmacy is located at No.22 Ahmadu Bello Way, next to Hamaz , Jos.
- In-store pickup (Healthy You Pharmacy): With this option, your order is packed and ready to pick up anytime from Healthy You Pharmacy. Healthy You Pharmacy is located at Victory house, Eto-Baba Road, after Angwan Rukuba Junction, Jos.
- Free delivery: We also offer free delivery for any orders worth ₦40000 or more in Jos Plateau State.
We cannot guarantee when you will receive your order if you order from Outside Plateau state, but we guarantee that you will be contacted and your order will be shipped within 24 hours.
Yes, we do! We deliver to homes and other accessible locations. That said, due to the complexity of the Nigerian road system, we ask that you please be patient and cooperative with our delivery agents as they may contact you to find their way to your location.
