Who is it for

Dosage
The typical starting dose for high blood pressure is 10 mg once daily, which may be adjusted to 20–40 mg daily based on response. For heart failure, therapy may start at 2.5 mg once daily and increase gradually to a maintenance dose of 5–20 mg daily.
