Anudol Suppository is a medicated suppository for rectal use containing zinc oxide, bismuth subgallate, balsam peru and bismuth oxide. These ingredients work together to reduce inflammation, soothe irritation, and promote healing of anorectal tissues. It is indicated for the relief of discomfort associated with haemorrhoids, anal fissures and other minor anorectal conditions.
Who is it for
Anudol Suppository is intended for adults experiencing symptoms such as itching, irritation, pain or swelling around the anus or rectum caused by haemorrhoids, fissures or minor inflammation. It is not recommended for children unless prescribed. People with known allergies to any of the ingredients, or with bleeding rectal disorders or severe rectal ulcers, should consult a doctor before use. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should seek medical advice before using this product.
Dosage
Insert one suppository into the rectum as directed by your healthcare provider, usually two or three times daily or after each bowel movement until symptoms improve. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Always wash your hands before and after use and follow your doctor or pharmacist’s instructions; the pharmacist may adjust the dosing schedule based on your individual symptoms.
