    • Ask for more information on your stated issue
    • Ask for prescriptions, documents or images to help understand your case better
    • If relevant and available, he/she will recommend medication, health goods and other relevant products.

  • Once the chatbox loads, you will be asked for your name and email, We ask this first so we can resolve your issue as quickly as possible. If you are not comfortable using your real name, please feel free to use an alias or any name you prefer.
  • Once these are confirmed, our pharmacist will be immediately notified and should typically respond in 10 minutes or less. The pharmacist will be shown the name you provided and will address you with it during the conversation.

  • Our pharmacist will address your issue in the following ways:
    • Ask for more information on your stated issue

  • After this chat, the conversation will be closed by the pharmacist or automatically closed in a day.
  • You can still view the contents of the chat for 2 weeks after the chat is closed, after which the chat will be automatically deleted including all images and documents sent during the conversation
  • You have our assurance that no data you provide during this chat will be permanently stored without your knowledge
